SUSTAIN HEALTH & PERFORMANCE ANNUAL CF FUNDRAISER

Sustain Health & Performance are having our annual fundraising event on the 29th April 2023 to help raise funds for CFWA

Many of our members have been impacted by Cystic Fibrosis in many ways in the past

Cystic Fibrosis is a cause very close to the heart at sustain, with coach Mike Cahill one of those who suffer from this condition.

The funds raised will go to help improve treatment for those who live with CF everyday and to help make their life more manageable. We would love for as many people to come down on the 29th April, to support this wonderful cause!

Our members are prepping to participate in a fitness challenge known as the Murph Challenge. this will push our bodies to the extreme which is well worth it to help the CF community.
