I'm raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis

I've created this page because I want to support the important work being undertaken at Cystic Fibrosis WA.

I have been living with Cystic Fibrosis for 20 Years and I have decided to Walk the Bibbulmun Track End 2 End to raise money.

It is only due the research done and drugs such as Ivacaftor being available that I am able to attempt a walk such as this. 

I anticipate it will take me approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

Made it to Collie 350km retired due to injury

Friday 27th Sep
I walked the 7 days from Dwellingup to Collie. It was hard work but so worth it. The Bibbulmun track is so beautiful in so many ways.
So I have now passed the 350km mark over 1/3 of the way.
Unfortunately I was unable to continue past Collie due to a knee injury.
I am in the process of physio and exercises to get back on the track but with the time frame I allowed myself it doesn't look like I will be back this year.
So next year is hopefully when I will finish the Bibbulmun track.

Hi
I am leaving on Friday 16th of August to walk the Bibbulmun Track 1000 Kms End2End. While I am doing it, want to raise money of Cystic Fibrosis. I was Adult diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in 2004 the same year my daughter was born. In 2015 I began the medication Kalydeco (Ivacaftor) this medication changed my life.
I will do updates on my progress as I walk along this beautiful trail in Western Australia.
