We raised over $700 through the roses we sold on 65 Roses Day! I’d like to thank my friends, Kaleb and Tiarnee, for all of you help on Friday + your support throughout my fundraiser this month ❤️ I appreciate everyone’s support and loved seeing everyone get involved on the day!

30/65: Kind to myself after exams, meaning doing extra self-care and having more me time, 31/65: Whenever I see someone that I haven’t seen in a bit, I’ve been asking them how they are, 32/65: Being part of my friend’s video assessment (which was so fun to film), 33/65: Held the door open for the cleaners to make it easier for them to wheel their cart in.

With Joel’s permission, I’ve listed the different medications Joel’s currently prescribed. These include oral drugs, nebulised and sprayed medications, plus dietary supplements.

Treatment includes, but is not limited to: chest physiotherapy, enzyme replacement capsules, antibiotics, inhalers, salt & vitamin supplements, plus a diet high in fat, calories & salt! 📌 There is no cure for CF.
