I'm raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis

Throughout the month of May, I’m aiming to do 65 random acts of kindness for Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia’s (CFWA’s) 65 Roses Challenge. I hope to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and funds for CFWA through promoting the notion of paying it forward. 

My brother, Joel, is 23 years of age and has Cystic Fibrosis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, plus many other comorbidities.  
CFWA have accommodated for us by assisting with costs associated with hospital admissions, providing us with emotional support whenever Joel was hospitalised, and in many other ways.

I aim to honour Joel’s fight, and the people battling this disease everyday, in a way that reminds us just how powerful it is to simply be kind. Every act of kindness brings us closer to a world where compassion outweighs suffering. Let’s continue to be courteous, support one another and always do things from a place of love.

All funds raised go directly to CFWA which assists them in providing services and supporting research to brighten the lives of those affected by CF.

Hey everyone ♥️

Happy CF Awareness Month! Every May, I aim to do 65 random acts of kindness to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) plus fundraise for CFWA 🌹

CF is a genetic condition that predominantly damages the lungs and digestive organs. People with CF produce thick, sticky mucus within these organs. This results in many complications, such as frequent lung infections. 

My big brother, Joel Boy, has CF.

All funds raised go directly to CFWA, who provide support for those affected by CF. They’ve supported my family for 23 years by providing us with care packages, assist with costs associated with admissions, plus more ♥️ 

I hope to promote the notion of paying it forward to remind people that kindness truly can brighten our lives, not only by receiving it but also giving it 🥰

I can’t wait to see how it goes this year, and I hope you’ll support me in reaching my goal!
