Myself and Daughter Zoe are raising funds for people living with Cystic Fibrosis
Taking on the Murph Fitness Challenge Again: This time teaming up with my daughter Zoe
It’s that time again—time for me to take on the Murph Fitness Challenge, one of the toughest fitness tests I’ve ever faced. This will be my 5th time completing it, but this year I have my daughter along side me as a team effort.
But why are we doing this? Especially as someone living with Cystic Fibrosis (CF)? Let me explain.
I take on this challenge to show you all how your support and donations can make a real difference for people with CF.
About 9 years ago, I was fortunate to begin trialing modulator drugs specifically designed for CF patients. Combined with regular exercise and a solid gym routine, my health has improved dramatically. This transformation was made possible by funding that supported the research into these life-changing medications.
Today, I’m on Trikafta, which has helped me go from 70% lung function to 90%, giving me a significantly better quality of life.
But I’m not stopping here. This is why we are asking for your support—so that funding for CF research can continue, helping to develop new treatments and, one day, finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Your donation can make all the difference.
