I'm raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis
I've created this page because I want to support the important work being undertaken at Cystic Fibrosis WA. As you may (or may not) know, CF is close to my heart as my awesome big little cuz fights it like a hero every day!!

Thursday 21st Sep 3 weeks in... 1365 sit ups!! Wow!!
Day 7
Thursday 7th Sep A week in!! After day 3 I was really wondering if I could do this! But, I've pushed on, 65 each night, split in to 6 sets of 10 or 11, grunting more with each set! Lol

Monday 4th Sep Had to split it down in to small amounts today! Probs something I should have done from the start!! It was tough but I got there in the end with some help and support from Mum, Dad, Kenny and Calym!! Even if it was just making me laugh by telling me it's easy!! Share
