50 Kicks for CF – Support Sophia 🌹
On 29th May 2026, Sophia is taking on a special challenge—50 kicks for cystic fibrosis.
Sophia lives with cystic fibrosis, a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, making it harder to breathe and fight infections. Daily life with CF often includes ongoing treatments, medications, and sometimes weeks on antibiotics when her lungs need extra support.
Despite this, Sophia shows incredible strength and determination. She trains in Muay Thai every week, pushing through even when she’s not feeling 100%. Muay Thai has become her way of staying strong—both physically and mentally.
Through this fundraiser, Sophia is raising money to support the cystic fibrosis community—helping fund vital research, treatment, and care for people living with CF.

50 Kicks and 50 Punches Challenge Accepted !
Saturday 30th MayWhat an incredible day Yesterday, Sophia completed her fundraising challenge and not only smashed out 50 kicks, but also threw in 50 punches for good measure!
The support from her school was absolutely amazing. Her classmates, teachers and friends cheered her on every step of the way, creating an electric atmosphere that made the day so special and helped keep her going right to the finish.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated, shared her fundraiser and supported Sophia throughout this journey. Every contribution helps support the Cystic Fibrosis community, and we are so grateful for your generosity.
A special thank you also goes to Billy, Sophia's Muay Thai coach, for coming to the school and helping her complete the challenge.
This fundraiser has shown us that one child really can make a big difference when they have the support of their school, friends, family and community behind them. We are incredibly proud of Sophia for stepping outside her comfort zone and taking on this challenge, and we are so thankful to everyone who went out of their way to support her along the way.

INCREDIBLE MILESTONE ALERT !!
Thursday 21st MayWOW… WE’VE PASSED $900!
We are honestly blown away by the love, kindness and support shown for Sophia’s “50 Kicks for CF” fundraiser.
What started as a goal of $500, then grew to $800… has now gone beyond $900 thanks to our incredible family, friends, work colleagues, school community, Muay Thai family, CF community and everyone who has donated, shared, sponsored, encouraged and supported Sophia along the way.
